Ornithological and meteorological tower

The ornithological and meteorological tower is located on Wzgórze Marii (Maria Hill) in Polanica-Zdrój, in a picturesque area away from the town center. This newly built structure allows visitors to climb to the height of old tree crowns and observe bird life up close. From the tower, there is a panorama of the town from an altitude of over 430 meters above sea level. The hill was once difficult to access, but thanks to revitalization it has gained new paths, granite stairs, and park lamps, making it safe to reach the summit. Wooden benches are available for rest in the shade of trees or near the renovated chapel. It is an ideal place for walks and a moment of relaxation in nature, suitable for both residents and tourists. The site is outdoors, with public transport nearby.
