📍 Oleśnica, PLFree★ Our rating 7/10

The Old Synagogue in Oleśnica is a historic building erected in the second half of the 14th century or the early 15th century as a synagogue, located on Łużycka Street in Oleśnica; it now serves as a Pentecostal church. After the expulsion of the Jews from Oleśnica in 1535, it served as a warehouse and arsenal, and in 1695 it was taken over by the Evangelical-Augsburg church. Destroyed by fire in 1730, it was rebuilt in Baroque style in 1734 and used by the military in the early 18th century.
