Chrobry Swimming Pool

Chrobry Swimming Pool is an indoor sports facility in Głogów, located at Rudnowska 17 B and operated by the Chrobry Głogów S.A. club. It is an intimate venue that can accommodate up to 160 people, ensuring a quieter atmosphere than large public pools. The facility includes a 25-metre sports pool, a recreational pool with two slides, geysers, water massage and a lazy river, a paddling pool for the youngest, and two jacuzzi tubs. There is also a sauna area, a bar, and a shop selling swimming accessories. Swimming lessons are available with a team of over a dozen instructors, offering both individual and group classes for babies, children, and adults. The pool is adapted for people with disabilities, and the changing rooms feature lockable lockers and facilities for families with children. Thanks to the properties of water, swimming here is recommended for those suffering from joint and spine pain, as it relieves the joints and can burn up to 1000 kcal per hour. The pool is open Monday to Friday from 06:15 to 21:30, and on weekends from 09:00 to 20:30. It is a place for everyone – from infants to seniors – whether for recreation or serious training.
