Eliksir

Eliksir is a unique venue in Wrzeszcz, near the center of Gdańsk, combining a restaurant, cocktail bar, event space, and cigar room. The main concept is food pairing, the art of matching dishes with perfectly paired cocktails, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The menu is based on seasonal and local products, featuring dishes such as trout from an organic farm in Zielenica, caviar from the Antonius farm, and Black Angus beef from the organic Masurian Farm in Masuria. The restaurant boasts over 400 types of spirits and has received numerous awards, including the title "Best Bar in Poland" and a place in the "Poland 100 Best Restaurants" ranking.
