Forest Opera
The Forest Opera in Sopot is a unique amphitheatre nestled in the heart of the woods, which for years has been the stage for Poland's most important music festivals. The venue impresses not only with its acoustics but also with its architecture – the characteristic sail-like roof covering over 5,500 m² blends perfectly with the surrounding nature. During a tour, you can step onto the main stage, feel the atmosphere of great concerts, and also see the concert hall of the Polish Chamber Philharmonic Sopot. Around the amphitheatre, there are wooden megaphones called RUUPs, where you can rest and listen to the sounds of the forest, as well as a hammock zone perfect for a moment of relaxation. The site also features open-air exhibitions dedicated to the history of the Forest Opera and the Stars’n’Roll mural. Tours are held seasonally, and from 2 to 10 September 2026, the venue is open to visitors from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, except on 6 September when a concert for residents will take place. Tickets can only be purchased at the ticket machine at the entrance, paying by card or electronic payment. This is an ideal place for families, music and architecture lovers, as well as people with disabilities, for whom facilities have been prepared.
