Łeba is a seaside resort town in Pomerania, located on the Baltic Sea coast, best known as the gateway to the Słowiński National Park. The town has a typical holiday atmosphere – lively, bustling, with a promenade, harbour, and sandy beach. The main attraction in the area is the Łącka Dune, a moving dune within the national park, situated about 8–9 km from the centre. Covering nearly 500 hectares, the dune shifts with the wind, creating a desert-like landscape between Lake Łebsko and the sea. You can reach the dune on foot, by bike, or by electric cart from the settlement of Rąbka, where there is paid parking. In town, the Illusion Museum is worth a visit, as well as a stroll along the harbour and promenade. Łeba offers plenty of attractions for families with children, including amusement parks and farms in the vicinity. The town is well connected – electric carts operate here, and private buses run during the season. It is a great base for a multi-day stay, combining beach relaxation with exploring the unique dunes.
