📍 Bielice, PLFree🕒 1–3 hours

Kowadło is a peak (989 m above sea level) in the Golden Mountains (Góry Złote), part of the Sudetes range in southwestern Poland. It is situated near the village of Bielice, in the Biała Lądecka Valley. The summit represents the Golden Mountains in the Crown of Polish Mountains (Korona Gór Polski). The shortest route to the top starts in Bielice and follows the green trail. The round trip takes about 1.5 hours and is of moderate difficulty. The path initially leads along a wide forest road, then narrows and becomes steeper. Along the way, you can enjoy views of Bielice and the surrounding meadows. At the summit, there is no panoramic view due to forest cover, but the Polish-Czech border runs along the ridge. The hike can be combined with a visit to nearby Rudawiec or other peaks. Free parking is available near the forester's lodge at the trailhead, with additional spaces near a bus stop. Kowadło is suitable for families, dog owners, and anyone looking for an easy mountain hike. Admission is free.
