📍 Warszawa, PL

The Karol Minter Tenement House is one of the oldest buildings on the right bank of Warsaw, located in the revitalized Port Praski area. After conservation works, its facade regained its Art Nouveau character, and the balconies were restored according to the period aesthetics. Inside, a two-storey auditorium hall, a remnant of the former men's gymnasium, will be preserved and integrated into the new hotel function. The building will become part of the four-star AC Hotel Warsaw Port Praski, the first of this brand in Warsaw, offering 113 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, a SPA zone, and conference spaces. The project is carried out in cooperation with the Mazovian Provincial Conservator of Monuments, ensuring respect for the historic fabric. It is an example of a successful blend of heritage and modernity in the city center, appealing to architecture enthusiasts and tourists visiting the Vistula area alike.
