📍 Kraków, PL

Nowa Reforma is a restaurant located in the heart of Kraków, at 3 Św. Anny Street, housed in the cellars of a historic tenement. Its name refers to a newspaper published in the same building from 1893 to 1928. The restaurant specializes in reformed old Polish cuisine, blending traditional flavors with modern touches. The seasonal menu emphasizes meat dishes, including goose and game, but also offers vegetarian and vegan options such as vegan cabbage rolls with mushroom filling and mushroom cream soup. Head chef Adrian Ferdek, after years of training in Poland and abroad, returned to create inventive dishes inspired by both culinary trends and vintage recipes. The restaurant features a curated selection of wines from Moravia, Slovenia, and Moldova, craft beers, and local liqueurs. Desserts are made in-house at their own pastry shop. Nowa Reforma is open Monday to Saturday from 12:00 to 22:00, and on Sundays until 18:00. It is a place where history meets modernity, with attention to every detail from decor to cuisine.
